The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the renovation of an office building, including coloring of the Regional Office of the National Sample Survey Office (Regional Office), encompassing electrical and mechanical services at Aurangabad (MS). NIT/RFP NO is 09/CE/Nagpur/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹1,11,91,752, and the time allowed for completion is 6 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,23,835, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, NCD, CPWD, Nasik, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. Furthermore, a scan copy of the Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee including e-Bank guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD, a copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD and undertakings for site inspection, structural stability, and soundness as per prescribed formats are mandatory.
