The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer, Patna-I (O/o the EE, Patna-1, CPWD, Punaichak, Patna, email: dharmendra.bharti@cpwd.gov.in), invites open, composite, percentage-based bids for the comprehensive "Construction of New Office Building & Residential Quarters at Gardanibagh, Patna, Bihar." This significant project, bearing NIT/RFP NO: 05/NIT/CE(PATNA)/CPWD/2026-27, is estimated at ₹ 2,03,71,34,336 (Two Hundred Three Crore Seventy One Lakh Thirty Four Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Six Rupees) and has an EMD requirement of ₹ 2,13,71,343. The scope of work is extensive, encompassing the construction of an Office Building (B1, B2, G plus 7), Residential Buildings (S Plus 8) including a Guest House, 12 Type-V Quarters, 16 Type-IV Quarters, an Auditorium Hall (G plus 1), 2 Type-VII Quarters (G plus 1), 3 Guard Rooms, Boundary Wall, Ramp, Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Internal Electrical Installations, Fire Fighting with Sprinkler system, Central Air Conditioning system, Internal Road and Paths, Drainage, Rain Water Harvesting, Tube Well, Horticulture Operations, Street Lighting, and Submersible & Booster Pump installations.
