The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a Hostel Building for Deep Narayan Singh Institute of Co-operative Management (DNSRICM) at Shashtrinagar, Patna, including internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, IEI, and other development works such as DG Set, Lift, Solar PV water heating system, and Fire alarm & Fighting system (specifically, the SITC of a 125 KVA DG Set). This composite electrical work project, referenced as 35/NIT/EE(E)Patna/CPWD/2025-26 - 1st Recall, is estimated to cost ₹ 9,65,654 and must be completed within 3 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 19,313 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG, in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), Patna Central Electrical Division, CPWD, Patna.
