The Urban Development Department, through the Mission Director of the Swachh Bharat Mission - Urban, Assam, is inviting open tenders for the comprehensive Design, Supply, Transportation, Construction, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of three Sewage Treatment Plant Statios (STPS) with a combined total capacity of 3.0 MLD. These STPS will be located at Basugaon MB (1.0 MLD), Bijni MB (1.0 MLD), and Tangla MB (1.0 MLD), and will utilize WSP Technology on a Design, Build, and Operate (DBO) basis, including associated Sewage Pumping Stations. The total tender value is estimated at ₹12,91,84,522, with the EMD set at ₹25,83,690 (2.0% of the tender value) and a tender fee of ₹20,000.
