The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for civil works entailing Repair/Maintenance of Joinery, Plastering, Tiling, Plumbing, Sanitary Fittings, etc. at certain units, MAP Quarters, and MES Complex at Basistha. The scope of work also includes the repair of PVC tanks, tank staging, rolling shutters, cleaning of tanks, and removal of vegetation growth at MD. This Item Rate contract necessitates a fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000, payable to GE Guwahati, and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500. Tender documents can be downloaded from 23-May-2025 04:00 PM to 13-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 06-Jun-2025 12:00 PM and 13-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for 16-Jun-2025 11:30 AM at the office of GE Guwahati, located at PO Satgaon, Distt Kamrup - 781027. The work is to be completed within 180 days. EMD Exemption is allowed. Interested bidders should submit scanned copies of required documents, including enlistment letter (for MES enlisted contractors), DD/Bankers Cheque for the cost of the tender, GST registration, EMD documents (for unenlisted contractors), and EPF certificate. Payment can be made through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
