The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through CWE AF Borjhar, invites open tenders for comprehensive and preventive maintenance of a chiller plant (3 x 180 TR and 3 x 80 TR) and repair/maintenance of the connected HVAC system at the WSA Complex, AFS Tezpur under GE (AF) Tezpur. This Item Rate contract, with Tender Reference Number 9113/CWE (AF)/TEZ/ OF 2025-26, is valued at ₹40,00,000 with a work completion period of 330 days. An EMD of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Tezpur, Sonitpur, with exemptions allowed as per tender document. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Tezpur, Sonitpur and is non-refundable. The tender documents can be downloaded from 19-Dec-2025 06:00 PM to 09-Jan-2026 06:00 PM.
