Indian Army Perimeter Security Upgradation: Concertina Coils, Fencing, and Construction Materials Supply

This tender seeks comprehensive supply and installation services for the "Upgradation of Tr and Fencing 3024" project, a critical initiative under the Department of Military Affairs, Ministry of Defence, for the Indian Army. The project, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7829804, is scheduled to commence on 13-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and conclude on 14-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. The scope of work encompasses the provision of a wide array of high-quality materials essential for robust perimeter security and infrastructure enhancement. Key items required include concertina coils with a specific diameter of 980mm and weight of 11.50 Kg, Cement OPC 43 Grade (50kg bags), and various grades of aggregate including 40mm graded, 20mm graded, and 63 to 90mm graded. Additionally, the tender specifies the need for coarse sand free from vegetation, angle iron in sizes 75x75x6mm (2600mm vertical length, 600mm bend 120 degree) and 50x50x6mm thick, as well as chain link fencing constructed from 4mm galvanized steel barbed wire into mattress or cage form with 75mm x 75mm mesh. Structural materials such as mild steel bars (10mm and above diameter), MS flat iron (40x5mm thick), and MS nuts and bolts (100mm length, fully threaded, for 10mm dia nuts and washers) are also integral to this project. Furthermore, the tender requires specialized coatings including synthetic paint enamelled OG, anti-corrosive red oxide zinc chromate primer, and thinner, alongside painting tools such as 4-inch and 3-inch painting brushes.
