The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through its Tender Inviting Authority GE DINJAN located at GE DINJAN, PO PANITOLA, DISTT DIBRUGARH, invites eligible contractors for an Open Tender for 'ADDN ALTN AND SPL REPAIR TO MAIN GATE AT DINJAN MILITARY STATION'. This critical Civil Works project, identified by Tender Reference Number C/8170/E8 and Tender ID 2026_MES_768770_2, involves the addition, alteration, and special repair of the main gate at Dinjan Military Station. The work is to be completed within a period of 180 days from the date of commencement. The tender was e-Published on 16-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM. Furthermore, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹31,000 is mandatory, also payable to GE DINJAN at DINJAN, with the option for EMD exemption via Bank Guarantee (BG) or Security Deposit (ST) allowed. Payments for both the Tender Fee and EMD can be made through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) must include the application on the firm's letterhead, scanned coloured copy of the EMD DD (if not exempted), valid GST registration certificate, MES enlistment letter (or affidavit for non-enlisted contractors), updated Provident Fund code, and details of present residual work. Cover 2 (Finance) will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
