The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, through the Tender Inviting Authority, Garrison Engineer (AF) Mohanbari, located at Mohanbari Post, Dibrugarh, Assam 786012, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 8001/811/E8, Tender ID: 2026_MES_778966_1).
