Work Description - Repair To Footpath, Kerb Stone, Hardstanding, Paver Blocks, Chain Link Fencing, Concertina Coil And Barbed Wire Fencing At Site C, 3 Afsr, Kahikuchi, 8lu, Mes Area And 5 Afsb Area Under Ge (af) Borjhar

This tender seeks qualified contractors for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of essential infrastructure at various Military Engineer Services (MES) locations under the Garrison Engineer (AF) Borjhar. The scope of work includes the repair of footpaths, kerb stones, hardstanding areas, paver blocks, and the replacement and repair of chain link fencing, concertina coil, and barbed wire fencing. These critical repairs are to be undertaken at Site C, 3 AFSR, Kahikuchi, 8LU, MES area, and the 5 AFSB area. The tender is being invited by the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, with GE (AF) Borjhar serving as the inviting authority. Bidders are required to be MES Contractors enlisted in Class D category (i) or meet the equivalent MES enlistment criteria. The tender is an open, advertised tender with a two-cover system, encompassing fee/pre-qualification/technical documents in Cover 1 and finance documents (BOQ/Price Bid) in Cover 2. The earnest money deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹80,000, payable to GE (AF) Borjhar in Guwahati, with provisions for EMD exemption or submission via Bank Guarantee/Standby Letter of Credit. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable to GE (AF) Borjhar. The submission period for bids commences on August 11, 2026, at 09:00 AM and concludes on August 18, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for August 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the GE (AF) Borjhar office.
