Work Description - Providing, Laying And Compacting 50 Mm Thick Dense Bituminous Macadam (dbm) Including Prime Coat And 40 Mm Thick Bituminous Carpet (bc) Including Tack Coat Between Km 14.00 To Km 26.16 On Munna-chander-tungri Road In Aor Of 97 Rcc Under 14 Brtf

The Dte General Border Roads Organisation, through the Chief Engineer Project Vartak, situated at HQ CE (P) Vartak, Tezpur, Assam-784001, invites bids for an Open Tender (Reference: NIT NO CE (P) VTK/NIT-11 OF 2026-27) for significant civil works. The scope of work involves "PROVIDING, LAYING AND COMPACTING 50 MM THICK DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM (DBM) INCLUDING PRIME COAT AND 40 MM THICK BITUMINOUS CARPET (BC) INCLUDING TACK COAT BETWEEN KM 14.00 TO KM 26.16 ON MUNNA-CHANDER-TUNGRI ROAD IN AOR OF 97 RCC UNDER 14 BRTF." This project, valued at ₹5,76,76,603, has an estimated completion period of 180 days. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,13,383 is required, payable to the Chief Engineer (P) Vartak, C/O 99 APO, at SBI Mission Charali (Code No. 05783), with EMD exemption through BG/ST being permissible. There is no tender fee. Prospective bidders can download tender documents from July 21, 2026, 09:00 AM, until August 04, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bid submission commences on July 28, 2026, 10:00 AM, and concludes on August 04, 2026, 06:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 27, 2026, at 10:30 AM, at HQ CE (P) Vartak, Tezpur. The technical bids will be opened on August 06, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the same location. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date.
