Supply of Building and Finishing Materials for Border Road Organization Projects

The Department of Defence, through the Border Road Organisation, is issuing a tender (Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7885959) for the supply of various building and finishing materials. This procurement, commencing on 13-08-2026 at 3:08 PM and concluding on 25-08-2026 at 4:00 PM, is vital for ongoing projects within Tinsukia. The Bill of Quantities (BOQ), titled "PMW items," encompasses a comprehensive range of products including, but not limited to, white cement non-skid glossy floor tiles (600mm x 600mm x 8mm in Light Brown and Light Grey), decorative wall tiles (300mm x 450mm x 8mm in Light Brown Sandy), and non-skid parking tiles (300mm x 300mm x 12mm in Multicolour with Light Brown), all conforming to specified standards and as detailed in Appendix A1. Additionally, the tender includes requirements for powder-coated aluminum doors with split panel configurations, three-paneled powder-coated aluminum sliding windows with glass and fly-proof shutters, and granite stone (width 0.75 Mtr, Dark Grey, water absorption <0.08%). The scope also extends to the provision and fixing of 15mm thick WPC paneled shutters, double-paneled shutters in various sizes and Light Grey colour, tile cutter blades and machines, wall tiles (1200mm x 600mm x 8mm in Light Grey), school signboards fabricated from ACP material in 3D design, and the fabrication and installation of false ceilings with GI sections and louvers on porches and front projections, along with prefabricated rain gutters and all necessary hardware fittings.
