Work Description - Repair, Maintenance/ Replacement Of External Water Supply Pipe Lines Of Ci/di/gi And Connected Items Of Phase-ii (chindit Top, Tenga Ledge, Goc Camp Area) Of Age E/m Under Ge Tenga

The Military Engineer Services (MES), through the E-IN-C Branch, specifically GE TENGA, invites qualified and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the critical work of "REPAIR, MAINTENANCE/ REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINES OF CI/DI/GI AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF PHASE-II (CHINDIT TOP, TENGA LEDGE, GOC CAMP AREA) OF AGE E/M UNDER GE TENGA." This essential civil works project, valued at an estimated ₹40,00,000, aims to ensure robust water supply infrastructure within the GE TENGA jurisdiction (PIN-790116, C/O 99 APO). The contract is based on an Item Rate form and has a stipulated period of 270 days for completion. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 (2.0% of the estimated value), payable to GE TENGA, with options for EMD through BG/ST or exemption for eligible contractors. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 is also payable to GE TENGA.
