The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of 12 Ns. Type-II quarters, including internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, and development works such as CC Road, Toe wall, providing IEI & Fans and street lighting for Sainik School at Kodagu, SH : Balance Work. The estimated cost of the project is ₹2,96,27,369 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,92,547, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, CPWD, Mysore. The NIT/RFP number for this tender is 59/MyCD/EE/e-tender/2025-26. Key dates include a document download start and bid submission start date of November 29, 2025, at 02:57 PM, a document download end and bid submission end date of December 9, 2025, at 12:00 AM, and a bid opening date of December 9, 2025, at 12:30 AM. Tenderers must provide mandatory documents including an Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee including e-Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD. Drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, CPWD, Mysore;Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD. (Annexure A); GST registration Certificate and ERP training Certificate regarding successful completion of ERP training from ERP portal in the module of RFI. Also mandatory to provide a copy of valid enlistment establishing approved and eligible contractors of CPWD. The time allowed for the completion of the work is 10 months.
