The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (I) DM Visakhapatnam, invites open tenders for the "RENEWAL OF MAIN DEWATERING SYSTEM SEA WATER PIPELINE OF 750MM DIA AT NORTH DRYDOCK (NDD) PUMP HOUSE WITH SUITABLE VALVES AND DISMANTLING JOINTS AND ASSOCIATED ACCESSORIES AT DRYDOCK NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) (DM) VISAKHAPATNAM". This is an Item Rate contract, with an estimated tender value of ₹92,91,000 and a work completion period of 180 days. The tender documents can be downloaded from 11-Mar-2026 06:30 PM to 08-Apr-2026 06:30 PM. Bids must be submitted between 01-Apr-2026 06:30 PM and 08-Apr-2026 06:30 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 10-Apr-2026 10:00 AM at GE (I) DM Visakhapatnam. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,64,365 is required, payable to GE (I) DM Visakhapatnam, and a tender fee of ₹1,000, also payable to GE (I) DM Visakhapatnam. Both offline payment modes such as Bankers Cheque and Demand Draft are accepted. The tender requires submission in two covers: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical details, including scanned copies of DD, application, enlistment details, eligibility criteria, PFCN certificate, GST registration, and other relevant documents; and a second cover for the Financial bid (BoQ).
