State-of-the-Art Conference Hall Design and Fit-Out at INS Satavahana

The Department of Military Affairs, on behalf of the Indian Navy, hereby invites bids under GEM/2026/B/7793636 for the comprehensive design and setting up of a state-of-the-art conference hall at the P31 Building of SMS, INS Satavahana. This project, falling under the Ministry of Defence, encompasses a wide array of critical elements to ensure a fully functional and technologically advanced meeting space. Key deliverables include the supply and installation of a modular U-shaped conference table, an ergonomic seating arrangement for all attendees, and a high-definition UHD 4K projection system. Furthermore, the scope covers the supply and installation of a digital screen board, ceiling-mounted speakers with associated electrical cabling, and a digital podium with all necessary accessories. To enhance functionality and aesthetics, the project also mandates the supply of stainless steel coat hanger stands, a magnetic wallboard, and custom-made wooden crests and logos. The interior fit-out includes the supply and fixing of window zebra roller blinds, 2x2 floor carpet tiles, and 3D acoustic wall paneling. Finally, a comprehensive false ceiling installation is required, complete with electrical wiring, lighting fixtures such as profile lights, warm light casing, and linear lights, along with all necessary electrical hardware, putty, and painting work. This tender, with a total quantity of 2766 units across various items, represents a significant opportunity to contribute to the modernization of naval infrastructure.
