The Military Engineer Services (MES), a Central Government Ministry/Department, through its Garrison Engineer Utility-II Visakhapatnam, situated at 104 Area Industrial Estate Post, Visakhapatnam -530 007, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender for critical civil works.
