The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for development work at the Central University of Andhra Pradesh, Janthaluru, Ananthapuramu. This composite work, NIT No. 04/EE(C)/ATPCD/2025-26, involves construction of roofing over specified existing footpaths, precast compound walls to Boys Hostel I and at the west side of the campus, along with development around the harvesting pond, stone pitching, construction of an approach bridge to the statue point, construction of toilet blocks near the playing field, renovation of an old pump room, renewal of a damaged open well, boundary wall construction, and cutting & levelling of the playing field. The project also includes minor electrical development works such as street lighting from the Boys Hostel to the harvesting pond, floodlighting around the pond, internal electrical installation in toilet blocks, open stage at the playing area, covered footpaths, and the supply & levelling of LT cables, LT cubicle power supply panels and feeders. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 12,80,48,793, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 22,80,488 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Tirupati Central Division, CPWD, Tirupati.
