The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Comprehensive Renovation of F 27 Block at National Institute of Technology NIT at Warangal Telangana State." This composite work includes repairs to brickwork, flooring, roofs, toilets, bathrooms, doors, windows, ventilators, internal rooms & staircase flooring, terrace repairs, providing cupboards, internal & external painting, IEI, LED fittings and fans, along with dismantling of doors, windows, partitions, stone slab flooring, tile work, old plaster work, GI lines, SW lines, WCs, and rainwater pipes. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 69,34,531 and the time allowed for completion is 4 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,38,691 is required, payable in favor of EE, HCD-II, CPWD, Hyderabad, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. Interested bidders can download the tender documents from December 24, 2025, at 03:12 PM until December 31, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online starting December 24, 2025, at 03:12 PM and no later than December 31, 2025, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for December 31, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents include the Enlistment Order of the Contractor, GST Registration Certificate, Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee against EMD and Valid Electrical Contractor license.
