The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a Girls Hostel (G+2 floors) at Garladinne, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. This composite project includes internal and external water supply, sanitation, drainage, electrical installations (including fans, power wiring, lighting, and lightning conductors), telephone conduits, firefighting systems, a passenger lift, CCTV, UPS, LAN, Wi-Fi, boundary wall construction, internal roads, stormwater drains, LED street lighting, solar water heating, MS grills in the kitchen extension, and miscellaneous works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹5,69,335 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹11,387, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, CPWD, Tirupati, TCD. Bidders must possess a valid Enlistment order, GST registration, and provide original EMD receipt. Mandatory documents include Aadhar card and Pan Card.
