The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the development of a synthetic acrylic floor tennis court project at the permanent campus of the Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati, located in Merlapaka village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor (Dist), Andhra Pradesh, Phase-I (Stage-1C). The project encompasses the construction of 04 full courts and 01 half court, including poles, nets, chain link fencing, allied civil works like retaining and toe walls, a drainage system, a seating gallery, an access staircase, a connecting road from the existing road network, drystone pitching, and Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) works. This also includes SITC of passive components, cabling for CCTV system along with removing and refixing of poles in Tennis Courts. The estimated cost of the work is ₹5,85,387, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹11,708, payable in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER & SENIOR MANAGER (C), TPD-I, CPWD, Tirupati, via DD, FDR, CDR, or BG. Tender documents can be downloaded from 01-Dec-2025, with a submission deadline of 09-Dec-2025 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 09-Dec-2025 at 11:30 AM.
