The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the composite work of renovation of the South wing of Priyadarshini Hostel (Girls Hostel) at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, Telangana State. The project, under NIT/RFP NO 17/SE and PD /EE and SM(C)-II/Warangal/2025-26, involves extensive civil and electrical works, including repairs to RCC, brickwork, flooring, roofs, toilets, bathrooms, doors, windows, ventilators, internal rooms, and staircase flooring. Terrace repairs, the provision of cupboards, internal and external painting, septic tank construction, and internal electrical wiring/rewiring are included. The project also entails SITC of electrical fittings and fixtures, such as fans, MCB DBs & MCBs, geysers, a water cooler with RO system, and a CCTV LAN network with patch panels, along with the dismantling of various existing structures and installations. The estimated cost of the project is ₹1,44,96,313, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,89,926. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 18-Feb-2026 at 03:00 PM, and the bid opening date is 18-Feb-2026 at 03:30 PM. Interested bidders must possess a valid CPWD enlistment order and a GST registration certificate, if already obtained. A valid electrical contractor license is also required if the contractor intends to handle the electrical components of the work. A successful completion certificate from an ERP training course is required, and bidders must upload an undertaking for site inspection as per Annexure-A. Additionally, an affidavit for non-blacklisting as per Annexure-C is mandatory. The time allowed for completion of the work is 6 months.
