The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of a Girls Hostel (G+2 floors) designed for 100 trainees or SRFMT & TI, located at Garladinne, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. This composite project encompasses comprehensive civil and electrical works, including internal and external water supply lines, sanitary installations, drainage, electrical installations, fans, power wiring, plugs, lightning conductors, telephone conduits, firefighting systems with downcomer system, fire alarm systems, a passenger lift, CCTV system, UPS system, LAN and Wi-Fi system, construction of a boundary wall, internal roads, storm water drains, LED street lighting and solar water heating system. A key element of the project is the provision and fixing of a false ceiling at the Entrance lobby and at stair case lobbies within the Girls Hostel building.
