The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its EE-Vizag Central Division located in Visakhapatnam, invites open, composite percentage bids from eligible contractors for the significant civil works project titled "Construction of Phase II works at Development of Acquaculture Infrastructure for NFDB at Mulapolam, Srikakulam Dist. Andhra Pradesh." This comprehensive project, with an estimated cost of ₹ 4,49,85,088 (Four Crore Forty Nine Lakh Eighty Five Thousand and Eighty Eight Rupees), encompasses critical infrastructure development, specifically the construction of a compound wall with concertina coil, erection of a main entrance arch with RCC structure, construction of a diversion structure, raising of bund height for fish angular ponds, installation of CPVC pipelines for plantation, and the drilling of one borewell, among other related works. The project has an allocated completion period of 180 days. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 8,99,702, payable in favour of "EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, VISAKHAPATNAM CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, VISAKHAPATNAM" via DD or FDR.
