The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer (Electrical), Vijayawada, is pleased to announce an open tender for the comprehensive construction of a Regional Office Building for the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). This significant project, located in Uddandarayapalem Village, Amaravati, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, encompasses a wide range of essential civil, mechanical, and electrical works. The scope includes the construction of the building itself, alongside crucial infrastructure such as internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage systems, internal electrification, fans, water coolers, and an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. Furthermore, the project mandates the installation of a modern fire fighting system with a wet riser system, an addressable fire alarm system, elevators, a sophisticated HVAC system, a CCTV surveillance system, and comprehensive LAN networking. Advanced communication infrastructure will be established with an IP-based PBX System and an Audio-Visual (AV) System. External works are equally vital, including the construction of an underground sump, internal roads, storm water drains, a septic tank, street lighting, pump sets, a substation, a DG Set, and an electric vehicle (EV) charger. The estimated cost for this multifaceted project is INR 72,77,91,006, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 82,77,910. Interested and eligible bidders are hereby notified that document download and bid submission commence on August 24, 2026, at 10:40 AM, with the final bid submission deadline on September 07, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for September 07, 2026, at 03:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Chief Engineer, CPWD, Plot No. B2, 4th Floor CGO Complex, Industrial Estate, Auto Nagar, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520 007. Bidders are required to submit a comprehensive set of mandatory documents, detailed in the tender notice, including proof of financial capability, experience in similar works, organizational structure, and various undertakings. The prescribed time allowed for the completion of this project is 450 days.
