Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Government of India Enterprise, through its AGM Procurement office located at R NO 310 BSNL Bhavan Chuttugunta, Vijayawada 520004, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Tender ID: 2026_BSNL_281559_1, Reference No: APCO-23/11(13)/18/2026-MM CFA DATED 20-06-2026) for "Laying of OFC at Guntur OA." This critical Works contract involves the laying of Optical Fibre Cable by Open Trench Method and/or HDD works for 3 distinct routes under a single package within the Guntur Operational Area, AP Circle.
