Work Description - Supply Of Spare Parts For Tata Winger Ambulance Bs4/6.

The Directorate of Health Services, acting through the Director of Health Services, invites competitive bids for an Open Tender (Reference Number: E108040 F.No.Proc-246/9/2025-Tr Section-DHS/1904) for the supply of essential spare parts for Tata Winger Ambulance BS4/6. Technical bids will be opened promptly thereafter on July 03, 2026, at 03:30 PM, at the Directorate of Health Services. A non-refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹15,585 is required, payable offline, with provisions for EMD exemption through BG/ST. There is no tender fee associated with this procurement. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date. The submission process mandates a two-cover system: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, and Cover 2 for the Price Bid.
