The Public Health Engineering (PHE), a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "Operation Maintenance of Distribution System, Rising Main, Sluice Valves, including operation of sluice valves of Kamarhati(Zone-II) PWSS of Raina-II Dev.Block within Burdwan Sub-Divn. under Burdwan Division,PHE Dte for a period of 1(one) year" under Tender Reference Number WBPHED/AE/BSD/eNIT/07/2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹4,85,223. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,704, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable online. The tender documents, including the NIT and other relevant details (WBF2911, SOQ, EMD, SPECIFICATION, Section-B and BOQ) are available for download from June 28, 2025, 10:30 AM until July 14, 2025, 02:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online starting from June 28, 2025, 11:00 AM, with a submission deadline of July 14, 2025, 02:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for July 16, 2025, at 02:00 PM at the office of the Assistant Engineer, Burdwan Sub-Division, Nababhat, PHE Complex Burdwan. Tenderers must ensure compliance with all tender conditions including providing necessary documents, specifically the WBF2911. A two-cover system will be used, with the first cover including fee, pre-qualification, and technical details, and the second cover containing the financial bid (BOQ). The bid validity period is 180 days.
