E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for certain Building Repair and Maintenance works, including the repair and maintenance of motorized rolling shutters in the technical area at Air Force Station Arjan Singh under GE (AF) Panagarh. The work, described as "CERTAIN B/R MAINT WORKS INCLUDING REPAIR/MAINTENCE OF MOTORISED ROLLING SHUTTER IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AIR FORCE STN ARJAN SINGH UNDER GE (AF) PANAGARH", is to be completed within 180 days. This is an item rate contract. Tender documents can be downloaded from 01-Sep-2025 06:00 PM to 17-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 09-Sep-2025 12:00 PM and 17-Sep-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 19-Sep-2025 at 10:00 AM at the office of GE AF Panagarh, located at MES AF STATION PANAGARH PO BIRUDIAH WEST BENGAL 713148. A fixed EMD of ₹20,000 is required, payable to GE AF PANAGARH at PANAGARH. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE AF PANAGARH at Panagarh. Payments can be made via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
