The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for "WELCOME MAINT OF B/R SERVICES TO MD ACCN AND OTM ACCN, REPAIR/MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE, AREA DRAIN ROOF TREATMENT, WATER STORAGE TANK AND REPAIR/MAINT TO INTERNAL ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES ALONGWITH REPAIRS/SERVICING OF SUMMER/WINTER APPLIANCES AT" Location of work is TS BAGJOLA. The Tender Reference Number is 8701/23/2025-2026/05/E8. The estimated tender value is ₹19,00,000, and the period of work is 270 days. This is an Item Rate contract. Bidders must be enlisted in MES as CLASS E and CATEGORY a(i) or meet the enlistment criteria as defined in the tender document. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹38,000 is required, payable to GE (I) (CGN) KOLKATA, and can be submitted through BG/ST or an EMD exemption, with payment location Kolkata.
