The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, acting through AGE I Darjeeling, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/MAINT/IMPV OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS, BLDGS, STORAGE TANKS, DISTRIBUTION MAINS AND ALLIED WORK AT JHORA, MH ETC AT LEBONG UNDER AGE (I) DARJEELING" at Lebong, under Tender Reference Number 8142/E8. This work falls under the Miscellaneous Works product category and is valued at ₹8,00,000, with a stipulated completion period of 180 days. Interested bidders must download the tender documents starting from July 7th, 2025, at 01:20 PM until July 29th, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Bids can be submitted from July 22nd, 2025, at 12:00 PM until July 29th, 2025, at 06:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable offline at Darjeeling to AGE I Darjeeling, via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹16,000, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, is required, also payable at Darjeeling to AGE I Darjeeling, and may be submitted through a Bank Guarantee or EMD Exemption is allowed as per the guidelines. The bid opening is scheduled for July 31st, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the office of AGE I Darjeeling. This is an item rate contract, and two covers are required for submission: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents (including application, DD for tender fee, enlistment letter in MES, documents for un-enlisted contractors as per NIT, employee provident fund certificate, GST Identification Number, and other important documents as per NIT) and the other for the Finance bid (BOQ). Bids will remain valid for 60 days.
