The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (AF) Hasimara, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR OF HARDSTANDING/PATH, REPAIR/MAINT OF GALVALUME SHEET TRUSS, PURLINS AND ALLIED WORKS, PROVN OF LED LIGHT/SECURITY LIGHT AND ALLIED WORKS AND REPAIR OF ALL FURNITURE ITEMS AT 652 COY ASC (CIV GT) IMTRAT UNDER GE (AF) HASIMARA" project. This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹42,00,000 and a work completion period of 210 days. Interested bidders can download the tender documents from 23-Sep-2025 12:00 PM to 11-Oct-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 04-Oct-2025 06:00 PM and 11-Oct-2025 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹84,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) HASIMARA, along with a tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) HASIMARA. Both can be submitted via Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque. The bid opening date is scheduled for 13-Oct-2025 at 09:00 AM at GE (AF) Hasimara. Tender reference number is C/8885/2025-26/E8. Required documents for submission include scanned copies of the application, tender fee demand draft/banker's cheque, enlistment letter with amendments, EMD demand draft (if applicable), GST registration certificate, Provident Fund code number, documents meeting MES enlistment criteria for un-enlisted contractors and other relevant documents as per NIT, all of which must be submitted in Cover 1, and the BOQ in Cover 2. Withdrawal is allowed.
