The Labour Department, a State Govt. and UT organization, through the Directorate of ESI (MB) Scheme, W.B., invites open tenders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, Binocular Microscopes, Fiber Optic Laryngoscopes, Auto Refractometers, and USG B Scans, as specified in tender number DESI/NIT/April/2025/09. Bids must be submitted online between May 8th, 2025, at 12:00 PM and May 23rd, 2025, at 05:00 PM. The bid opening date is May 27th, 2025, at 12:30 PM in Kolkata. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000 is required, although exemptions may be applicable. This tender requires a two-cover system, with the first cover encompassing fee/prequalification/technical details (NIT), and the second containing the financial bid (BOQ). The contract is item-wise, and the bid validity period is 120 days with a work completion period of 45 days.
