The District Magistrate of Darjeeling, acting through the Block Development Officer (BDO) of Sukhiapokhri, invites open tenders for the construction of a jeepable road from Sec 21 to Sample, Sangamdhura, within Permaguri Tamsang Gram Panchayat under the Jorebunglow Sukhia Pokhiri Development Block (APAS) (Booth No 23/247). The estimated tender value is ₹1,95,542.00, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,911.00, representing 2.0% of the tender value. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500.00 is applicable. The tender documents, including the NIT and BOQ, are available for download from September 16, 2025, until September 23, 2025, at 06:55 PM. Bids must be submitted online by September 23, 2025, at 06:55 PM, and will be opened on September 26, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the BDO office. This tender is governed by percentage contract form.
