The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of A/R & M/O GPRA residential Quarter complex at Lake Section, Kolkata-29 during 2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 4,81,269 (Four Lakh Eighty One Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Nine Rupees), and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 9,625 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, KCD-IV, CPWD, Kolkata-20.
