The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "A/R M/O to Residential quarters at KB Block, Salt Lake, Kolkata during 2025-26. SH:- Repairs to plaster, door s, flooring and misc. repairing and painting works on change of tenancy." The NIT/RFP NO is 98/NIT/EE-KOL-III/CPWD/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 23,68,860. A composite bid type is requested under percentage rate system and mandatory documents are required as per NIT conditions, detailed on page 4. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 47,377 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of Kolkata - CE - KOLKATA - EE-Kolkata-III.
