The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a Boys Hostel at IACS Jadavpur, Kolkata. This project entails the construction of a 29 double-sharing room hostel, inclusive of associated facilities and a driver's room accommodating four persons, located on the ground floor of the 2B campus. The scope of work specifically includes the preparation of structural designs and drawings. This is a Civil Works project under Tender No. 118/EE/KCD-IV/CPWD/2025-26 and is estimated to cost ₹2,38,100. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is set at ₹4,762, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, KCD-IV, CPWD, Kolkata-20.
