The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Annual Repair & Maintenance of residential complexes of CPWD, CGST (Customs), and Income Tax at Himachal Vihar, including Nirman Bhawan at Paribahan Nagar, Matigara, Siliguri, for the period of September 2025 to August 2026. This composite work, NIT No. 24/EE/SILIGURI/CPWD/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹9,76,803, with a required EMD of ₹19,536 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Siliguri Central Division, CPWD, Siliguri. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 4:00 PM on September 2, 2025, with bid opening scheduled for 4:30 PM on the same day.
