The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for comprehensive maintenance of MOEI & Fans, Sub-Station, Pump Motor Set, Lifts and Wet Riser System in Office cum Lab building for GSI at Sector-II, Salt Lake, Karunamoyee, Kolkata-700091 during 2025-26. This includes specialized maintenance of M/s. KONE make 5 Nos. Passenger Lifts and 1 No. Passenger cum Goods Lift in 10 and 12 storied building, and Bharat Bijlee Make 3 Nos. Passenger Lift in 11 storied building, Central Block. The estimated cost of the Electrical and Maintenance Works project is ₹ 17,11,280 with a completion timeline of 12 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 34,226 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer, KCD-III, CPWD, Kol-64.
