The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the conversion of border security fencing and manpower supply services. No. 328/4-S to 332/7-S and 347/2-S to 355/2-S (27.709 Km including intermediate BOPs, reverine structures like bridges, culverts, including gaps in fences and length of existing old fences which are not in the scope of this work etc) along Indo Bangladesh Border in the district of Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. (Package-IV) in EPC Mode-III. The sub-work package concerns providing Watch & Ward and Data Entry Operator services for the O/o SE, BFC-I & O/o CE/IBBZ-I, Nirman Bhawan, Matigara, under IBBZ-I, CPWD, Siliguri, West Bengal. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 24,93,436, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 49,869 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Border Fencing Division-II, CPWD, IBBZ-I, Islampur. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of June 28, 2025, at 03:00 PM and a bid opening date of June 28, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Bids must remain valid for 30 days.
