Work Description - Conversion Of Border Security Fence From Phase -ii To New Design Fence In Between Bp No 846/7-s To 860/7-s 6.080 Kms, Bp No 860/7-s To 876/2-s 12.20 Kms, Bp No. 876/2-s To 900/mp 30.20 Km, Bp No. 900/mp To 925/mp 1.00km Bp No. 987/1-s To 981/10-s 5.538km And Bp N.o 984/mp To 984/16-s 2.486 Km (total 57.504 Kms) In District Of West Bengal Sh:- Conduct A Topographical Survey Of Land Total Length Of Fence - 43.40 Kms Along Indo-bengladesh Border (i.e Bp No 860/7-s To 876/2-s - 12.20 Kms, Bp No. 876/2-s To 900/mp-30.20 Km, Bp No. 900/mp To 925/mp- 1.00 Km) By Using Total Station, Dgps Or Any Advance Precise Survey Instruments As Suitable For The Work In Mathabhanga Sub-division In Coochbehar District Of Wes Bengal.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through TBFSD, Cooch Behar, invites open tenders for consultancy services involving the Conversion of Border security fence from phase -ii to new design fence in District of West Bengal SH:- Conduct a topographical survey of Land total length of fence - 43.40 Kms along Indo-Bengladesh Border by using Total Station, DGPS or any advance precise Survey Instruments as suitable for the work in Mathabhanga Sub-division in CoochBehar district of Wes Bengal. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 4,99,100, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 9,982, payable to the Executive Engineer Border Fencing Division-IV, CPWD Coochbehar, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 3:00 PM on October 17, 2025, with bid opening scheduled for 3:30 PM on the same day. Key mandatory documents include Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay Order or Bankers Cheque/Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee for EMD, copy of EMD deposition receipt from the CPWD division office, PAN, experience certificate for similar works signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, GST registration certificate (if not already obtained), and affidavits for non-debarment/blacklisting and truthfulness of submitted statements.
