The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of Kendriya Vidyalay (A type two section school) at BSF campus, Baikunthpur, Siliguri. This project encompasses the construction of the school building, canteen building, sub-station building, residential quarters (Type-II/4 nos, Type-III/4 nos & Type-V/1 no.), development of playfields, and construction of parking sheds for BUs, cars, and scooters, including complete site development. Additionally, the scope of work includes providing services of a Computer Operator in the office of the Assistant Engineer, Siliguri Central Sub-division, CPWD, Hakimpara, Siliguri for the year 2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is ₹2,06,232 and has NIT/RFP NO "02/03/AE/SCSD/EE/CPWD/SILIGURI/2025-26/3rd Call". Bidder must submit tender by bid submission closing date and time : 20/06/2025 15:00. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,125 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer Siliguri, CPWD, Siliguri. Mandatory documents, including Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order, ESIC & EPFO registration certificates, PAN Card copy, GST Registration Certificate, List of similar works and Performance Report, and copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD, must be submitted.
