The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for composite works related to MOEI & Fans including RMO motor pump set, DG Set, and RMO of 4 Nos. passenger lifts within a 60-unit Type-IV Residential Complex (G-10) storied building in two blocks, Type-III, II & I quarter for the Income Tax Department, located at E.M. Bypass, Kasba, Kolkata. The NIT/RFP NO is 33/AE(E)/KCESD-IV/KCED-II/CPWD/2025-26, with an estimated cost of INR 2,96,456. This project includes providing and fixing portable CO2 & ABC Type fire extinguishers. Bidders must submit a percentage-based bid and provide an EMD of INR 5,929 in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), KCED-I, CPWD, Kol-20, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG.
