The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the renovation of GPRA 04 (Four) Nos. Type-V Quarters at 14, Ironside Road, Kolkata, during the period 2025-26. This project specifically encompasses internal renovation work in 04 vacant Type-V Quarters (B-01, B-20, A-03 & Anticipated Quarter). The NIT/RFP NO is 91/EE/KCD-IV/CPWD/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 36,97,697, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 73,954 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, KCD-IV, CPWD, Kolkata-20. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 19-Aug-2025 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 19-Aug-2025 at 03:30 PM. The bid validity period is 30 days, expiring on 18/09/2025 at 15:30.
