The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the comprehensive maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations at Bhasha Bhawan, National Library Complex, Kolkata, during 2025-26, NIT No. 55/EE(E)/KCED-I/CPWD/2025-26. This project encompasses the Maintenance of 1600 KVA Electrical Substation equipments, 2 Nos. 1000 KVA and 1 No. 500 KVA Electrical Substation, 8 Nos. Dumb Waiters in two banks, 2 Nos. 10 passengers, 2 Nos. 8 passengers & 1 No. 13 passengers Lift including comprehensive maintenance of 5 Nos. passenger lift installed at Bhasha Bhawan, N.L. Complex, Kolkata. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 7,82,416 and the earnest money deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 15,648, payable to the Executive Engineer (E), KCED-I, CPWD, Kolkata through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG or exemption document. The tender documents are available for download from 21st July 2025, 01:15 PM until 29th July 2025, 03:00 PM. Bid submission also commences on 21st July 2025, 01:15 PM and closes on 29th July 2025, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 29th July 2025, 03:30 PM. The work is expected to be completed within 12 months. Interested bidders should submit mandatory documents as per NIT and may seek clarification until 28th July 2025, 03:00 PM.
