The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "A/R & M/o of Residential Quarters Customs and Central Excise Department at E.M. Bye pass, Kasba, Kolkata. During-2025-26. SH:- Day to Day maintenance of external services such as cleaning of water storage tank, underground sump and underground sewer line and Misc. Civil works." as detailed in NIT No. 59/EE/KCD-IV/CPWD/2025-26 - Recall 1. The estimated cost of the work is ₹14,11,304 and will be completed within a timeframe of 12 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹28,226 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, KCD-IV, CPWD, Kolkata-20.
