Work Description - Supply Of Stationery Articles At Different Units Within South Bengal Districts Under West Bengal Livestock Development Corporation Limited, Lb-2, Sector-iii, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700106 For The Financial Year 2025-2026.

The ANIMAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, a State Govt. and UT organization, through its West Bengal Livestock Development Corporation Ltd., invites open tenders (WBARD/WBLDC/NIT-880e/2025-2026 Dated 24/04/2025, Tender ID: 2025_ARD_838386_1) for the supply of stationery articles to various units within South Bengal Districts. This procurement is for the Financial Year 2025-2026. Interested bidders can download the tender document starting from April 24, 2025, 06:00 PM until May 17, 2025, 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between April 24, 2025, 06:00 PM and May 17, 2025, 12:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the H.Q., Salt Lake City, Kolkata. The contract is item-wise and the period of work is 7 days with a bid validity of 365 days. Bidders should note that two covers are required: one for fee/prequalification/technical documents (including EMD transaction slip/MSME certificate, signed NIT, Annexures II & V, and other certificates) and another for the financial bid (BOQ). The rate should be quoted per unit basis (Item-wise) including GST and all other taxes and charges.
