E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for the "PROVN OF MT TECH OFFICE AT MT GARRAGE, SPECIAL REPAIR TO SECIRITY FENCING INCLUDING PROVN OF TOILET AND BATHROOM FOR VARIOUS BLDGS FOR DIFFERENT RANKS ALONGWITH SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO T-37 AND T-41 AT VARIOUS UNITS AT JOSHIMATH UNDER AOR OF GE". This is an Item Rate contract and the tender documents can be downloaded starting from June 25, 2025, 06:00 PM until July 16, 2025, 06:00 PM. Interested bidders must submit their bids between July 11, 2025, 11:00 AM and July 16, 2025, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for July 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Garrison Engineer. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹86,000.00 is required, payable to GE 871 EWS at Joshimath, with exemptions allowed through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. The tender fee is ₹500.00, also payable to GE 871 EWS at Joshimath, and exemption is not allowed. The work is to be completed within a period of 270 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. This tender is being invited by Garrison Engineer, GE 871 EWS, C/O 56 APO, PIN- 913871. Required documents for submission include scanned copies of the application, enlistment letter with MES, demand draft for tender cost, documents as per NIT for un-enlisted contractors, employee provident fund code number, GST registration number, list of work items and prices (BOQ), and tender documents excluding the BOQ.
