The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the design and construction of a 150-bedded ground plus 6 floors critical care hospital block building for AIIMS, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, in EPC mode. This composite tender, reference number 04/EEandSMC1/25 26, also includes all internal and external civil, electrical, and mechanical services, external civil and E&M development works, and horticulture works for AIIMS, Rishikesh, along with providing and running of Inspection Vehicle on hire basis for AEs, Uttarakhand Projects. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 5,51,297 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,026, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer DCD II CPWD Dehradun. The bid submission deadline is June 26, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for June 26, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
