The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for electrical and composite maintenance work under NIT/RFP NO 73/EE(E)/Dehradun/2025-26. This tender encompasses comprehensive Routine Maintenance Operations (RMO) of various electrical installations including a 3X750 KVA & 1X630 KVA, 33 KV/400 volts electric sub-station, 2X500 KVA & 1X62.5 KVA DG Set, a 3X250 TR AC plant with BMS, lifts, automatic fire alarm & fire fighting system and a 300 KLD STP; alongside AMC of CCTV, Audio Visual, IT & Networking system and EPABX in the UAG office and residential complex at Kaulagarh Road. The tender also includes Maintenance and Operations of electrical installations, fans (including streetlights) and RMO pump sets at the CDA residential colony in Indira Nagar, Dehradun during 2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 87,52,468 and the time allowed for completion is 7 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,75,049 is required, payable via DD, FDR or BG in favor of EE-E-Dehradun.
